As a Duke fan, I am loving the struggles that UNC is having with their ACC schedule so far. 0-2 in the ACC for UNC while Duke is at 2-0 is awsome. However, as a fledgling basketball coach my self, I wonder what is the issue for UNC. I know that playing at Wake tonight is not easy. I have been very skeptical of the many posters on here that claimed UNC would win by 20 because one tough loss is what they needed to get refocused. Well...what is the second loss then? Now, I don't want this to come across as just hating on UNC and rubbing in a tough ACC start. It's just that all the talk about how much better UNC was then everyone else in the country, or at least the ACC, all season long has gotten old. I think that these last two games show that either 1. Carolina was way, way, way overrated to start the season, 2. the ACC really is just as strong, if not stronger, than the Big East, or 3. Maybe a bit of both. I don't claim to be a college basketball expert or anything, but with the amount of supposed talent and the discrepancy that is supposed to exist between UNC and everyone else in the ACC, I don't see any reason for them to be 0-2 in conference with the first loss coming at home against a much weaker opponent. My question is what does Roy Williams do to show that he is a great coach and turn his train wreck around? I love Roy Williams. He really is just an all around really good guy, but how much tough coaching has he really had to do? His national championship came with 4 NBA starters on his squad, none of which he even recruited. It's time for him to earn his keep. Good luck Tarheel fans. GO DUKE!
